These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Cebu Touristar Transportation Services's Website, located at https://www.cebutouristar.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Cebu Touristar if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. General Information
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Cebu Touristar Transportation Services. By making a booking, you agree to comply with these terms.
1.2 The Company provides tourist transport services, including but not limited to airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and point-to-point transportation.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All bookings must be made through our website, by email, or by phone.
2.2 A deposit of One thousand Philippine peso (Php)1000.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance must be fully paid 48 hours before the service date if you choose Online Payment. In the case wherein you chose to pay on the tour date, payment must be paid prior to the Tour Activity or upon Pick-up.
2.3 Payment can be made via GCASH, ONLINE BANK TRANSFER & PAYMAYA. Details are provided in the webpage Payment Section.
2.4 Failure to make full payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing via email only.
3.2 If you cancel your booking:

  • Within 3-5 days before the service date: 100% refund of the total booking cost.

  • Within 1 to 2 days before the service date: 90% refund of the total booking cost.

  • Less than 1 day before the service date: No refund.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, etc.). In such cases, a full refund will be provided or an alternative service offered.

4. Amendments
4.1 Any amendments to your booking (e.g., change of date, time, or destination) must be made in writing at least 2 days before the scheduled service.
4.2 Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Passenger Responsibilities
5.1 Passengers must be ready at the designated pick-up point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time. In case passengers cannot come on time, a 30minutes allowance additional waiting time will be given before the driver will depart from the pick up location. Any booking fees shall be considered consumed if its the fault of the passenger. In the case of driver's fault, a full refund shall be given or if agreed, a reschedule of the said tour will be arranged. 5.2 For passengers arriving at the airport, a 1 hour allowance of waiting will be given for the scheduled pick-up to be considered as "No Show" and any booking fees shall be considered consumed in favor of the company. Unless otherwise it is declared by the airlines the delay is caused by them, the waiting time will be extended until the airplane will arrive.
5.3 Passengers must comply with the instructions of the driver and must not engage in any behavior that may cause harm or disruption.
5.4 The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior poses a risk to the safety of others. No refund will be provided in such cases.

6. Luggage
6.1 Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage. Oversized or excess luggage may incur additional fees.
6.2 The Company is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of luggage unless it results from our negligence.

7. Liability
7.1 The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the failure to provide the service as scheduled (e.g., missed flights, events, etc.).
7.2 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, weather conditions, or accidents.
7.3 Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

8. Insurance
8.1 Passengers are advised to arrange their own travel insurance to cover potential risks, such as cancellations, delays, personal injury, or loss of property.

9. Special Requests
9.1 Any special requests (e.g., child seats, accessibility needs) must be made at the time of booking. The Company will make every effort to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee availability.

10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction].
10.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [jurisdiction].
